| The main entrance / boot room, with WC, washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms, one being a double with an ensuite and full size bath. The other bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds, a set of bunkbeds and an ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. | ||

Overlooking the valley with stunning views of the ski slopes, this floor is completely given over to a spacious living area 45m2 with 2 large corner sofas, sofa bed, additional seating and floor cushions. A TV/VIDEO with a selection of films suitable for all ages, a playstation with a variety of games, dvd player and films, CD radio cassette, board games and of course, an open log fire made from stones taken from the river, make for a relaxing evening at the end of an exhilarating day. |

| Avoriaz
is a purpose built resort sitting at 1800m offering guaranteed
snow throughout the season. It is famous for being the snowboarding
capital of Europe, hosting world championship events in its
dedicated snowboard park. The ski area also has huge off piste powder
fields and a World Cup downhill run. Chalet Le Sabot is positioned off the road which runs between the ski lifts of Morzine and main access lifts to Avoriaz |

| The endless variety of skiing from the wonderfully scenic circuit known as "Le Grand Paradis" where, starting and finishing from Prodains lift you can ski into Switzerland and back into France in a day, still having time for a fine lunch in one of the many mountain restaurants, ensure satisfaction for the skiing parties of mixed abilities, with 650 kilometers of pistes linking 12 resorts in France and Switzerland, 60 mountain restaurants, ski schools with creche facilitities and cross country skiing at the head of Vallee De La Manche in Morzine this ski area has a lot to offer. |

The Chalet has a Sunday changeover. Prices are for the whole chalet, accommodation only and includes bed linen, towels and logs for the fire. We are also currently rennovating another chalet which will be ready for this season. If you are looking for dates that are marked as booked below, please look at our other chalet, Chalet Emilie. Alternatively, please still contact us as we may be able to find other accommodation for you.
